Discover the heart of Buenos Aires at a relaxed pace on this classic walking tour.
We'll begin at historic Plaza de Mayo and its iconic surroundings, then wander into bohemian San Telmo with its cobblestone charm. We'll explore quaint, colorful La Boca—the true cradle of tango. Along the way, you'll also take in the majestic Obelisk, the vibrant theater district, the stately Courthouse area, the world-renowned Opera House (Teatro Colón), and the city's oldest Synagogue.
A perfect, leisurely introduction to the timeless soul of Buenos Aires.
Join me to discover the nooks and crannies. We will visit Retiro and Retiro train station, Palermo, sophisticated Belgrano and Recoleta Cemetery (additional entrance costs).
We'll see the pretty and the not-so-pretty, the daily rhythm, the always vibrant human landscape of Buenos Aires.
We can use some public transport as well as taxis. I´ll ask you to trust my judgment on which system to take. I want you to feel the real pulse of the city, the buzz, the mess!
This 6–7 hour tour explores the Delta, a leafy network of canals, brooks, rivers, and islands. The town of Tigre serves as the gateway, featuring belle époque architecture, turn-of-the-century buildings, and unique attractions like the Mercado de Frutos and Club de la Marina, alongside stunning natural scenery.
We leave at 9:30 am by train or hired car/van (extra cost). After exploring Tigre, we can take a one-hour boat ride along the canals (approx. USD 12 per person, highly recommended to experience islander life).
After sailing, we’ll have lunch either in Tigre or head to the Old Town of San Isidro, another belle époque gem with beautiful mansions. We’ll take a mini tour of the area, including its cathedral and main square.
Every evening, thousands of porteños, the friendly term for the inhabitants of Buenos Aires, crowd the many bars, restaurants, and tango venues called milongas. Let me open this world to you.
My tour is a warm introduction to the Evening Spirit of Buenos Aires and the Real Tango scene. We'll visit either a wine bar, a craft beer hangout (very much in vogue nowadays), or a very local pizza parlor (nope! pizza is not Italian here!) before heading to a milonga, where the real tango lives.
Be enchanted by the genuine night of Buenos Aires!! The tango, the music, the dance, the culture of tango. You´ll get to know the warmth of the people, the friends, and the camaraderie.

In a historic Buenos Aires hall, a 5-member live tango band sets the pulse for an unforgettable night. As you enjoy a three-course dinner with drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), five dance couples take the stage. Their performance blends raw traditional tango with the dazzling flair of stage tango—sharp kicks, dramatic dips, and fierce embraces. Each couple tells a story of passion and longing, making the music visible. It is an evening where fine dining meets the burning soul of Argentina.
New to tango? Have your first lesson with one of my dear friends. They are skillful dancers and better teachers.
This is a one-hour-long experience in a centrally located area.
